Here’s my first thought: pliers
Second thought: spray some sort of lubricant up there to help it free

Usually you can just unscrew the spigot from the wall- I’ll bet it would come out that way!
Comment #2 by Tracy MAugust 31st, 2007 at 12:26 pmTongs? Perhaps if you have a skinny pair of salad tongs??
Comment #3 by LeiGulAugust 31st, 2007 at 12:55 pmA blowtorch would do the trick.
Comment #4 by RayAugust 31st, 2007 at 4:14 pmPerhaps the angel who put it there can use his special magic to get it back out
Comment #5 by LisaSeptember 1st, 2007 at 1:49 amOffer it a cookie.
Comment #6 by sarahSeptember 1st, 2007 at 6:09 amPliers. They worked fairly well. I guess you learn something new every day.
But I think offering it a cookie might have done the trick, hee hee.
Comment #7 by The WizSeptember 1st, 2007 at 7:12 amUm you can take the faucet off. You would need a plumbers wrench. And if it’s seems to not be moving you can use liquid wrench to help loosen it up. It works much like WD-40 for plumbing
Once you get it off you may have a better chance of getting it out, or you could go to your local home depot or lowes and buy a new one.
good luck
At least he didn’t put it down the toilet
Comment #8 by SarahSeptember 1st, 2007 at 1:06 pmI second the at least it wasn’t down the toilet. My ds flushed my deodorant down the toilet, and we had to spring $160 for a new one.
Comment #9 by TynesSeptember 1st, 2007 at 9:38 pmGo to Home Depot and buy a new tap..why didn’t I think of that? Maybe I can convince my husband the car was put up the faucet by my coniving genius cat with the help of her companion, my dog. Then I can have a new tub faucet!
Comment #10 by LisaSeptember 2nd, 2007 at 1:40 pmTynes, deodorant now costs $160? No wonder our bill at the grocery store keeps getting higher.
Comment #11 by RaySeptember 2nd, 2007 at 3:29 pmPeas out of noses are much easier.
