I am a reasonably intelligent person. I know the odds. I’ve seen “Super Size Me” and yet, I still drive thru to buy medium drinks for all my kids (hey! who wants a milkshake? A BIG one!) so that I can get those fabulous little peel on stickers of random Monopoly pieces with the wonderful little codes on them that let me play the online game.
I love the anticipation. Will this one be the one I need? No? How about THIS one? It’s a good thing I don’t gamble. Well, maybe this is considered gambling. I just thought of that. Gah!! Putting thought aside.
So far, I have won a free download of Yahtzee from Real Arcade. My kids and I have been enjoying it immensely. Not a free trial, the actual game you would have to pay $20 for. So I consider myself a winner, and I don’t think about if I’ve paid more than $20 for random McDonald’s drinks. No, I don’t go there. I focus on the positive.
I know. It’s sad. I need help. But I’m not getting any help. Nope. I’m going for the million, baby. Somebody has to win it. It might as well be me.
P.S. My husband puts up with it. He doesn’t understand it, but he puts up with it. He’s a good man. And he likes Yahtzee.
